DoveOnBoard: DoveOnBoardFrom referral to ready. From ready to care.
Bring every client on board, whichever program pays for their care.
DoveOnBoard helps a home care center welcome clients through every arrangement a family might use: Veterans Affairs community care, long-term care insurance, Medicare programs such as GUIDE and Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits, Medicaid programs in each state, and Area Agencies on Aging under the Older Americans Act. One clear path from the first referral to the first visit, with every approved hour accounted for.
In development DoveOnBoard is being built now. Pilot agencies help shape it.
What it does
From the first referral to the first visit, nothing slips.
Six things DoveOnBoard does for the people who run intake, scheduling and billing.
-
Referral Radar
The moment an authorized referral reaches your center, the right person knows. It can arrive from a caseworker, a notification or an integration you have approved. DoveOnBoard never signs in to a portal for you.
-
Two assessments, side by side
The caseworker's assessment and your own, compared line by line. Differences are settled before the first visit, not discovered after it.
-
Approved-hours guard
Every shift knows its payer and its approved hours. You are warned before you schedule hours nobody will pay for. The end of write-offs.
-
Enrollment map
Which programs your center can accept today, by state and region, and the ones worth pursuing next.
-
Opportunity finder
A veteran not yet screened. A long-term care policy not yet verified. A GUIDE respite benefit nobody has used. DoveOnBoard points them out so a person can follow up.
-
Color-coded payers
Every payer type wears its own color across DoveOS. A schedule, a visit or an invoice tells you who pays at a glance.
The arrangements
The ways families pay, handled one way.
Each program has its own paperwork, its own approvals and its own limits. DoveOnBoard keeps them straight so your team does not have to.
Veterans programs
Community care arranged through Veterans Affairs, with authorized referrals and approved hours.
Long-term care insurance
Policies verified, elimination periods tracked and benefit limits in view before the schedule is set.
Medicare programs
Medicare GUIDE respite benefits and Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits, where a plan offers them.
Medicaid, by state
State programs that pay for approved care at home, each with its own rules and hours.
Area Agencies on Aging
Services funded under the Older Americans Act and arranged through local aging agencies.
Private pay
Families who pay directly still get the same clear path, and the same care.
Eligibility and coverage depend on each program, each plan and each state. This is general information, not legal or financial advice. No program, payer or agency is a partner of The Dove Circle unless it says so in writing.
The path
From referral to ready. From ready to care.
Five steps, and the Doves that carry each one.
-
FirstA referral arrives
Referral Radar alerts your intake team the moment an authorized referral reaches your center.
-
ThenTwo assessments
The caseworker's assessment and your own home visit are compared side by side, and the differences are resolved.
-
NextEnrollment and approved hours
The payer, the program and the approved hours are recorded once, and every shift inherits them.
-
ThenThe right caregiver
DoveOnDeck matches a caregiver who meets the program's requirements, and the approved-hours guard checks the schedule.
-
Every day afterCare, with nothing written off
Visits run inside the approved hours. After-hours calls know who pays. The opportunity finder keeps looking for benefits a family has not used.
How it connects
One of eight Doves around your care center.
DoveOnBoard is the front door of the circle. What it learns about a client, a payer and the approved hours is shared with the other Doves, so nobody types it twice.
-
The schedule and the invoice agree
DoveOS carries the payer and the approved hours into scheduling and billing.
-
The right caregiver for the program
DoveOnDeck matches caregivers who hold the training and checks a program requires.
-
After-hours calls know who pays
DoveOnCall sees the payer and the approved hours when a family or a caregiver calls at night.
-
Training a program asks for
DoveNest teaches it and records it, and the credential shows up where DoveOnBoard needs it.
Where DoveOnBoard is today
Being built now.
In development- DoveOnBoard is in development. Pilot agencies are helping shape it.
- No payer, program or portal connection exists or is claimed. Every alert comes from a source you have approved.
- DoveOnBoard never signs in to a portal on your behalf, and never decides eligibility. People do that.
- Nothing on this page is available yet. We will say so plainly when that changes.
FAQs
Questions about DoveOnBoard.
Is DoveOnBoard available today?
Not yet. DoveOnBoard is being built now, with pilot agencies helping shape it. Use the form below to hear about it first.
Does it sign in to payer portals for me?
No. Referral Radar listens for alerts you have approved: a caseworker, a notification or an integration. It never uses your sign-in.
Does DoveOnBoard decide who is eligible?
No. Programs decide eligibility and approve hours. DoveOnBoard records what was approved and keeps your schedule inside it.
Which states and programs does it cover?
The enrollment map shows the programs your center can accept by state and region. Each program and state keeps its own rules, and nothing is claimed for a state until it is ready.
Do we need DoveOS to use it?
DoveOnBoard is built as part of DoveOS, so the payer and the approved hours flow straight into scheduling and billing. Ask us about using it alongside the systems you have today.
