Our story
A little magic. A little wizardry. A lot of common sense.
The Dove Circle was dreamed up by two home care entrepreneurs who would rather let the work do the talking. You can call them the Magic of Home Care and the Wizard of Home Care. Both call the southeastern United States home, and together they built The Dove Circle on three pillars: People, Purpose and Possibilities.
Why we built it
Home care runs on people. The systems around them should too.
Home care is personal. A caregiver walks into someone's home, a family trusts a stranger with the person they love, and an office keeps promises around the clock.
The Magic and the Wizard saw the same headaches from two sides of the same office: the owner's chair and the books. After-hours calls that go nowhere. Open shifts and last-minute call-outs. Credentials that lapse without anyone noticing. Collections that slip. Good caregivers who never hear thank you.
None of it needed more complexity. It needed common sense, caring people and a system that connects everything. That is The Dove Circle: your care center at the center, six Doves around it, and one circle connecting them all.

Why the nicknames? Because home care is about the people you serve, not the people who built the software. Also, it's more fun.

Every good home care story starts with people, and the Magic seems to know just about all of them. A seasoned entrepreneur and home care owner, the Magic has a knack for bringing the right people together at the right moment.
Along the way, the Magic teamed up with the Waco Boys, a band of home care and business builders who know a thing or two about growing something good. Good partners, it turns out, are the best kind of magic.
The secret behind the trick? There isn't one. Show up, take care of people every day, keep your word, and opportunity has a funny way of appearing out of thin air.

It took about one conversation to find out.
The Magic brought the instincts of a seasoned owner and a gift for people. The Wizard brought the numbers, the systems and a habit of questioning the way things have always been done.
They quickly found they believed the same thing: business should be built around People, Purpose and Possibilities. Like the Fire Horse, a symbol of energy, independence and forward momentum, they move quickly, think boldly and do not let convention set the limits.
