Delete your account
You can delete your The Dove Circle app account at any time, in the app or by request.
In the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
By request
Use the form, or email hello@thedovecircle.com from the address you sign in with. We'll confirm by email before deleting.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, profile and personal settings. [Confirm with TDC-SW-002.]
What may be kept
Records your agency must keep by law (for example visit and payroll records) stay with your agency, not with your app account. [Confirm retention with counsel.]
